Terms of Service

1. The service

Nobility lets you preview haircuts on your own photo using AI, browse barber catalogs, and book appointments. AI previews are exactly that — previews. Actual results depend on your hair type and your barber. We make no guarantee that a generated image matches a real-world outcome.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Barber and shop accounts require two-step verification.

3. Your photos

You keep ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process them solely to provide the service — never to train AI models, and never for sale. You may only upload photos of yourself or of a person who has given you permission. Uploading photos of third parties without their consent is prohibited.

4. Bookings, deposits, and cancellations

Each shop sets its own deposit and cancellation policy, which is shown to you before you confirm payment. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur the fee shown at booking time. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no harassment, no attempts to generate abusive or non-consensual imagery. We remove reported non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours and may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Dispute resolution

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes bump the version above and require your re-acceptance in the app.
